WARRANTY POLICY

Fair Trails Enterprises, Inc. warranties the retail purchaser of this product to be

free of defects, material, and workmanship for the period of one year, from date

of purchase and with proof of purchase.  Fair Trails Enterprises, Inc. has the option to replace

any component or to refund the purchaser of the product the full purchase amount.

Any defective component must be returned to Fair Trails Enterprises, Inc.

Fair Trails Enterprises, Inc. has the right to change the design of this product to improve

or modify or replace any product previously sold.  Fair Trails Enterprises, Inc. no longer

warrants the old style Dry Break Cap.

Fair Trails Enterprises, Inc. is not liable for any loses, damages, expenses, or personal

injuries, lose profit or revenue due to the purchasers neglect, misuse or modified changes

to the design of the original purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or
e-mail and we will give you a RMA number for the return or exchange.

This RMA number is to be written on your package or return label.

With the RMA number you may return new, unused items which were not special orders within 10 days of delivery for a refund, shipping fees are not included.  Items should be returned in their original packaging.  All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee + what ever the pay pal refund fee is. Special order items may be returned at our discretion.  We will not accept returns on merchandise that was used or returned more than 10 days after delivery.
 
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

  • Used
  • Special orders (need approval for return)
  • Returned after 10 days of delivery
  • Returned without notification


Once your return is received, it is inspected and upon approval, a refund will be
submitted threw paypal with a e-mail conformation back to you within 5 working days
of receipt.  If merchandise received is not approved, you will be contacted.
